The Parker

Bozzuto, an east-coast realty services company with a national reputation, needed an identity for a brand-new luxury apartment building marketed toward millennials. With a target buyer that is interested in new experiences and active on social media, we conceived of a brand and engagement campaign that helped introduce interested renters to everything the DC area has to offer via the social media musings of Parker and Parker's rules for living well in the DC area.
